Aqwadem is an engineering and consulting firm providing services to public and private sector organizations in various fields since 2005. Our major fields of activity are water and waste, climate and sustainable development, social sectors, transportation, and buildings. Under these fields, we provide a wide spectrum of services from engineering, procurement, public-private partnership (PPP) studies to institutional/management consulting and capacity building. Our core clients are International Finance Institutions, municipalities, water and waste utilities, public organizations, local and international development organizations. Aqwadem provides services based on our existing and potential needs and expectations of our clients while keeping an eye on technological developments, renewing and adapting to changes without sacrificing quality.

Aqwadem is holding ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 as well as Environmental Consulting Qualification Certificate.

AQWADEM Academy

Aqwadem Academy is founded for providing capacity building and training services in various institutional and technical issues, tailor-made for the needs of the private sector and public sector stakeholders, especially municipalities.

The training by Aqwadem Academy is given by trainers with local and international experience in their own fields and with “interactive learning” methods, keeping “adult education” principles in mind. “Aqwadem e-Academy” provides online solutions in the same context and objectives.

In addition to the training events open to all target groups and announced publicly, Aqwadem Academy also develops and provides tailor-made training for institutions and organizations based on the “needs analyses” for the target organization

AQWADEM Central Asia

Aqwadem Central Asia is an international organization based in Kyrgyzstan, established in Bishkek in 2021 as the Central Asian subsidiary of Aqwadem.

Aqwadem Central Asia has the aim of being an organization to meet Aqwadem standards, primarily in the Central Asia countries, from the North of Afghanistan and Pakistan to the West of China, Mongolia, and a part of Russia, serving according to the current and potential needs and expectations of its customers, constantly renewing itself by following technological developments without sacrificing quality in its services.
